Google User Data Disclosure

Easy2Post2's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

1. Access
Easy2Post2 accesses the following Google user data via Google APIs: files you explicitly select from Google Drive using the drive.file scope, and basic account information such as your name and email address via the userinfo.email and userinfo.profile scopes. We only access this data after you grant explicit consent through Google’s OAuth consent screen. Easy2Post cannot access your entire Drive or any files you have not specifically chosen.

2. Use
We use Google user data solely to provide Easy2Post2’s core functionality: allowing you to select images or files from your Google Drive and schedule or publish them to connected social media accounts. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, user profiling, credit checks, or any purpose unrelated to operating Easy2Post2.

3. Storage
Google user data is not permanently stored on Easy2Post servers. Files selected from Google Drive are fetched temporarily to complete your requested action and are cached for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. Your name and email are stored only to maintain your account and are deleted within 30 days of account closure. All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. Any temporary data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

4. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer, share, or disclose Google user data to any third parties. All processing occurs on Easy2Post2’s systems to deliver the service you requested.

Data Retention & Deletion
You may revoke Easy2Post2’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, we stop collecting new data and delete all cached Google user data within 7 days. To request manual deletion, contact: concerns2me@gmail.com or rabiacharya@gmail.com.
