- **Breath Awareness:** Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath. Inhale deeply for four counts, hold for four, and exhale for four. Repeat this cycle for five minutes.
 
- **Body Scan:** Lie down comfortably and focus on each part of your body. Begin with your toes and move up to your head, paying attention to how each part feels. This helps release tension and increase body awareness.

- **Nature Walk:** Take a stroll in your local park or community garden. Notice the colors, sounds, and smells around you. Engaging with nature can be a grounding experience.

**Mediterranean Chickpea Salad**

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
