Hi concerns2me,

Have you heard the news?

Creative Commons is turning 25! We are thrilled to be celebrating this milestone with our global community, and honoring our commitment of creating a world where everyone has access to knowledge.

Today, we face unprecedented challenges.

AI is changing the way we, humans and machines, share and access knowledge, and is putting the commons at risk. As we consider CC’s role here, we keep returning to a simple idea:

Keep the Internet Human

The internet was made for humans by humans. Twenty-five years ago, we introduced our licenses and legal tools to enable sharing human-made content online. Today, we are building new ways for communities to share human knowledge that are mutually beneficial in this age of AI and continue our fight to ensure that humans can openly share their knowledge and creativity online.

CC has set an ambitious goal to raise $5 million in support of our Keep the Internet Human 25th Anniversary campaign.

And we have some exciting news! The first 250 donors who contribute $125 or more will receive a signed copy of Cory Doctorow’s exclusive new art book, Canny Valley

The book contains 80 collages, all made from openly licensed sources, and all licensed under Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike. Each image is a testament to the power of sharing and remixing human-made art.

Supplies are limited, so click here to sign on to the Keep the Internet Human campaign and secure your copy of Canny Valley today!

Thank You!
