2022 Release of Chronic Disease Indicators |
| - CDI includes measures across 18 topic areas, with 124 indicators and over 200 measures.

- City Health Dashboard provides city- and census tract-level data on more than 40 measures of health outcomes, determinants, and equity. It covers over 750 cities across the United States. Recently, a COVID Local Risk Index was added that uses PLACES data along with other data to estimate the risk of COVID-19 transmission and severe infection in a city or neighborhood.
